How to play Cannon Attack
Move a cannon beneath bouncing numbered enemies, dodge impacts and fire through waves with shields and weapon upgrades.
Controls
- Choose Play, then hold and drag on the playfield to fire and move. With the canvas focused, use the left and right arrow keys to move and Space to fire. S activates a shield and R repairs a broken cannon; the on-screen buttons provide the same actions.
Rules
- Clear every enemy and fragment to advance a wave. Every fifth wave introduces a boss. Drones drop shield charges and weapon upgrades; an upgrade preserves an acquired lava weapon.
- Start with three lives and one shield charge. A shield charge grants six seconds of protection. A hit costs a life and one weapon level, followed by 1.2 seconds of recovery; two Repair taps finish recovery sooner. Restart resets the run while retaining the saved best score.
Plan your next move
- Watch the lowest descending enemy while firing. Keep moving during recovery to avoid another collision.
- Use a shield before an approaching collision. Collect drone drops to improve your weapon and replenish shield charges.
